Description:
Initially, the inspiration came from the landscape of Scotland.
This work represents 2 classrooms which belong to the same year. As children grow, their interests towards the outer world grow, too, and the other class in the year is easily the first target. Naturally, there are many possible relationships between the two classes. One might sometimes pose as a close partner to the other but sometimes as rival. I think this already reflects the reality in the society to certain degree.
What I tried to suggest is that there are more than one view point in the world and people should respect each other if they hold different perceptions upon the same thing. Besides, some kind of harmony might even come from the cooperation of totally opposite sides.
This pair of classrooms could also be used as a laboratory to monitor if geographic environment affects people's characters.
